Questions, answered plainly
- Does verification expire?
- No. A known code always resolves. Revoked and expired credentials still open, with their status shown. They never 404.
- Can I revoke a certificate?
- Yes. Revoke is a status change, not a deletion. The public page shows revoked. The code stays the same.
- How does WhatsApp delivery work?
- Mutamad prepares a click-to-send link with the message and verify URL. You open WhatsApp and send it. There is no WhatsApp Cloud API in the product today.
- Can I send from my own email domain?
- Yes, on Pro and Business: bring your own SMTP. System email on Free and Starter is metered; your SMTP is not.
- Where is data stored?
- Application data lives in our hosted PostgreSQL. Certificate files live in object storage. We do not sell tenant data.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel in the billing portal. Issued credentials remain verifiable. After the paid period and grace, the org returns to the Free plan.
- Which Arabic fonts are available?
- Amiri, Tajawal, Almarai, Changa, Reem Kufi, Noto Naskh Arabic, and Cairo — plus Latin faces. The same files are embedded in the PDF.
- Can I issue from Excel?
- Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel roster, map columns to template fields, and generate the run. Typos can be edited before generation.
